Jeff currently works as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner in Lower Limb
conditions in the NHS which, alongside rehabilitation, involves working with surgeons
in an orthopaedic clinic and leading diagnosis / triage clinics, requesting
investigations such as X-Ray, MRI and Ultrasound.
In recent years he has gained a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine from the
Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine in the UK, and also completed a Masters by
Research with his topic of research being ’Temporal Pattern of Quadriceps Recovery
following ACL Reconstruction in an NHS Cohort’.
His passion has always been for rehabilitation, with a focus on a broadening of
perspectives to ensure his approach developed in line with emerging literature,
increasing complexity of patient presentations and aligned with theory from
neighbouring professions such as psychology, biomechanics and complex systems.
Above all, Jeff has a passion for teaching and assisting in the progression of his
colleagues understanding which has driven his move into the education space.
