Wouter de Graaff is an MSc Sports Physiotherapist, MSc Manual Therapist, and MSK sonographer, with a special interest in supporting (elite) athletes and shoulder rehabilitation. He is co-owner of FysioMotiv, a primary care physiotherapy practice in Zevenhuizen and Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel. Additionally, he is affiliated with the men's premier league volleyball team ZVH, where he is responsible for medical support. Furthermore, he works as a shoulder specialist at the Groene Hart Hospital, where he conducts shoulder consultations together with an orthopedic surgeon and a trauma surgeon. He is also a board member of the Groene Hart Shoulder Network (SNGH). Together with Linda Amelink, he teaches the shoulder course: Cuff Pathology.
